The Voice : Christina Aguilera and Team - Lady Marmalade Video (Live)

the-voice-adam-levine-thumbs-up-nbc-320.jpgWe love a good live broadcast.

Sunday night's broadcast of the MTV Movie Awards provided a nice Robert Pattinson F-bomb that surely sent the Twi-hards squealing, and the first live taping of "The Voice" provided plenty of bleepable moments as well. Maroon 5 star Adam Levine, who has charmed us to pieces all season long, barely flinched as he dropped the uncensored S-bomb.

Christina Aguilera teased Levine for always mentioning "soiling himself" while praising contestants, and when she turned her attention back to her contestant, Beverly, Levine teasingly proved her right. "Beverly, you were so good I s**t myself!" he interrupted.

"Hello," Carson Daly, a veteran of live TV, said, tapping his microphone. "Is this thing on?"

Whoever's job it is to hit that "bleep" button missed their moment, because that particular four-letter word rang out loud and clear in living rooms across America. Whoops! Family show.

Ann Coulter Talks Weiner Sex Scandal and Palin for President Ann Coulter live Show Video

Ann Coulter made the rounds on Talk TV Tuesday, and was asked to give her own unique spin on the Anthony Weiner sex scandal and Sarah Palin's chances of running for Obama's job. For once, she was actually quite reserved. But maybe it was more what she didn't say...
Ann Coulter 2011Coulter stopped in at Good Morning America, Nightline and Piers Morgan all in one day. Is she running for office?
It's really more that her opinion is sought-after occasionally, the spicier the subject, because she can usually be counted on to say something outrageous.
This time she put on her Party face and weighed in on the Weinergate scandal, saying in essence that Democrats are more willing to deify their candidates.
"Conservatives respond to their sex scandals differently because we don't elevate our leaders," she told George Stephanopoulous. "We're worried about being consistent. We aren't comfortable with contradictory thinking."
Too bad. It might have made for a more interesting moment if she'd said what she was probably really thinking.
Moving on to Sarah Palin she hit a little closer to the mark, postulating that Palin would be crazy to run for president, since she's got a better, higher-paying job--just being Sarah Palin. "Why would you wreck your life running for president?" she wondered. "It's like saying, 'You're the CEO of a company; why don't you become a dog walker?'"
Now that's a little closer to vintage Coulter, an encouraging sign. Because this kinder, gentler version of "Annthrax Annie" may be making fewer appearances on the Talk TV road show if she doesn't dust off her old act.

NBA Finals 2011: Dallas Mavericks Vs Miami Heat 1-1 Game 2 Highlights

NBA Finals, and somehow we are facing the same foe. I suppose that's helpful to the story line of redemption, right? This Miami Heat team that we're going to be playing is juuuust a little different than the last time, but then again, so it's this Dallas Mavericks team. With the way our boys have been playing these past few weeks, it's hard to keep a level head about our chances in the finals. But as we've been doing all along, we will remain cautiously optimistic and bite our tongues to keep from jinxing the Mavs.

We've had the distinct pleasure of watching Dirk Nowitzki prove to the entire basketball nation why he deserved his MVP and why he'll leave a lasting legacy as the greatest seven-footer of all time. Yeah, I said it. Now the rest of the world can understand our joy when watching him take those contested Euro Leanbacks. They can join in our celebration when he sticks his tongue out and gives a fist pump after dropping a transition three. And they can appreciate why he never enjoys a win for what it is, and rather recognizes it as one more step towards his ultimate goal:

A ring.

Star-divide

Here is the game schedule for the series:

White Collar and Covert Affairs returns Tonight

Piper Perabo is a hands-on kind of girl when it comes to her roles. She works out daily to stay in shape for her role as Annie Walker on USA's Covert Affairs.
Piper PeraboPiper Perabo isn't afraid to take action on her USA show Covert Affairs, which returns for a second season tonight, even if that means a few bumps and bruises.
"I know that when I'm watching an action sequence and they cut away and they show the hero from behind for the rest of the fight scene, I think, 'Oh, the actor just left and now we're watching a stunt person,'" she told USA Today. "It takes me out of it. I'm willing to suffer the bumps and bruises to make the show really great."
Perabo, who became better known after starring in Coyote Ugly, is clearly convincing viewers of Covert Affairs. She stars as Annie Walker, a CIA rookie who was unexpectedly promoted to a field agent. The first season of Covert Affairs debuted last year and quickly gained a fan base.
Diving into her role, Perabo dedicated herself to getting in shape and learning convincing moves. She explained to Fox All Access that because her character isn't a superhero, but rather a woman who has to fight off men who are larger than her, she had to train in two fighting techniques. She added, "The training is on a daily basis."
All that work certainly appears to be paying off, as Piper Perabo looks great and the show is doing well. Tune in to USA tonight for the season premiere of Covert Affairs.

Trailer: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - E3 2011 Amazing 3D Video

AM
A lot of screenshots you see in this business, especially around this time of year, have been, let’s say, “touched up”. Made to look a little prettier than they will be when the game actually ships. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim doesn’t do pretty.
And these new screens for the sprawling RPG show why that’s such a good thing. These are real screens, what the game will actually look like for those with a decent PC, and the whole Conan-meets-Rohan thing they’ve got going on here looks all the better for it.

Weiner Admits Inappropriate Online Relationships, Will Not Resign

Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) insisted he’s staying in office Monday, even as a string of embarrassing new revelations and photos emerged that apparently reveal a hidden, lascivio

us online life.

At first, Weiner vehemently denied that a photo of an underwear-clad erection, sent via Twitter to a 21-year-old woman, had come from him, insisting he’d been hacked.

But conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart and his website Big Government rolled out a series of new pictures Monday, including a shirtless shot that appears to depict Weiner flexing and photographing himself.

Breitbart also claimed to have X-rated pictures of Weiner, and other outlets, including Radar Online and ABC News, reported having more damaging information from women Weiner had purportedly communicated with.

“I am deeply ashamed of my terrible actions,” a tearful Weiner told reporters at a remarkable press conference in New York.

“I came here to accept the full responsibility for what I've done,” he said, apologizing to his wife of one year, Huma Abedin, and reporters and others he lied to about the initial reports. He even said he was sorry to Breitbart, who had commandeered the podium for his own impromptu press event before Weiner spoke.

"I’m here to watch myself be vindicated,” said Breitbart, who had faced criticism for his role in the scandal.

Photo from BigGovernment.com:

Weiner admitted that he had had ongoing online relationships with six women, and said that he talked to his wife about ones that predated their wedding last summer.

But she did not know about the more recent communication, and Abedin only learned Monday morning that Weiner had lied about having tweeted the photo, he said.

Weiner insisted he was staying in office because he felt he was a good legislator, and he vowed to recapture the respect and trust of his Queens and Brooklyn voters, in spite of the lies, embarrassment and ridicule he will likely face.

He also said that although he had lied repeatedly about his lewd behavior, he felt he had violated no laws or ethics rules.

“I don’t see anything in what I did that violated the rules of the House,” Weiner said. “I don’t believe I did anything that violates any law or any rule.”

He didn’t have any explanation for his online habits.

“I don't know what I was thinking,” Weiner said, explaining that he thought his sexting and racy communications were “frivolous.” He also said that he has never met any of the women he communicated with in person. He declined to say if he engaged in phone sex with them, as the latest allegations claim.

“It was something that I did that was just wrong, and I regret it,” Weiner said, adding that he panicked when the first tweets went public, and lied to hide his other X-rated activities.

“I was embarrassed, I was humiliated,” he said. “I was trying to protect myself and my wife.”

He insisted he did not use government equipment, using his own phone and his home computer, to communicate with the women.

People who know Weiner were stunned, having argued as recently as last week that he was too smart to have done what he was accused of.

“Well, apparently he wasn’t,” one told The Huffington Post.

Another said keeping his job may be the least of his worries.

“Forget staying in office. He’s going to get divorced," the person said.

The congressman insisted that his marriage would survive, and said he might seek psychiatric help.

“I'm going to try to handle this, and I have not ruled out seeing someone,” he said. “This is a deep weakness that I have demonstrated, and for that I apologize."

Andrew Breitbart Takes Over Anthony Weiner's Press Conference (VIDEO)

Breitbart
NEW YORK -- On Monday afternoon, in the Sheraton Hotel's New York West ballroom, it felt, at times, like there were two press conferences happening at once. One featured the spectacle of a teary-eyed and emotionally wrenched Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) apologizing for his online indiscretions. The other showcased a combative Andrew Breitbart doing his best to hijack the moment.
The conservative media provocateur spoke before, after and during Rep. Weiner's admission of sending sexually charged emails to six different women.
It was supposed to be Weiner's press conference -- so why was Breitbart on the stage? He had decided to attend, he told the scores of assembled press corps members, partly because his hotel was "coincidentally" located three blocks away.
But, Breitbart also noted, "I'm here to watch myself be vindicated." He attempted to turn Weiner's press conference into a battle in his ongoing war against the so-called mainstream media, criticizing outlets that included Salon and The Daily Kos.
No one from Weiner's office pre-screened the press at the sometimes-chaotic news conference, which was held with about an hour's advance notice. At one point, before Weiner had taken the stage, someone from the crowd -- it was difficult to tell if they were a member of the media or just an onlooker -- asked Breitbart to break from a press huddle he was holding on the side of the ballroom and walk up to the podium at the front of the room set aside for Weiner.
"If he's paying for this I find this to be a tad rude," Breitbart said, and then went ahead, at 3:58 p.m.
Weiner had scheduled his conference to start at 4 p.m. When people tuned in, though, they saw not the Congressman, but Breitbart, who took questions for approximately 13 minutes before leaving the podium. Fox News reported that Weiner's aides ran down the hall to inform him that Breitbart was there.
WATCH:

Breitbart defended Big Government's reporting on Weiner, as well as on past stories, saying his website "didn't get into conjecture."
He expressed particular ire toward the online magazine Salon, and claimed that Weiner was "complicit" in a media campaign blaming Breitbart for the whole debacle -- and thus owed the media entrepreneur an apology.
"Given the fact that Congressman Weiner made much of last week about trying to blame me, and much of the left-wing media tried to make last week about blaming me, including claiming that I outed the name of the girl in Seattle that he sent the tweet to, which is false, and also claiming that I was the hacker, I felt that I needed to set the record straight," he told Fox News in a phone interview.
WATCH:

Aside from personal vindication, Breitbart said on the stage, "I'm doing this to save his family, okay? And if this guy wants to start fighting with me again, I have this photo."
Breitbart was referring to an X-rated photo of Weiner that he purportedly has in his possession yet refrained from publishing Monday. Someone from the gaggle asked Breitbart if he was extorting the congressman, and he denied that he was.
After a few more minutes, Breitbart left the podium. He filtered into and out of the ballroom, taking calls and talking to a number of media outlets.
Once Weiner had taken the stage, he was soon asked whether he owed Breitbart an apology. "I'm right here," Breitbart said, and shortly thereafter, Weiner did apologize.
By then, Breitbart had walked to the back of the room for more interviews. He was still standing there, speaking with "Inside Edition," as Weiner choked up again, toward the end of his press conference, over the pain he had caused his wife and family.

J ustin Timberlake & Mila Kunis Grope At 2011 MTV Movie Awards Show Video

Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake grope at MTV Movie Awards Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake's rumor-squashing skills are a bit lacking, but their movie-promoting skills for the upcoming flick "Friends With Benefits" seem to be spot on.
Kunis and Timberlake's "platonic" gropes at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards at the Gibson Amphitheatre continued the award show's awkward banter, kicked off by host Jason Sudeikis during the live telecast.
When the "Friends With Benefits" stars took the stage to present the award for best male performance (which, surprise, surprise, went to Robert Pattinson), the pair actually presented a failed attempt to prove that they are simply friends with benefits.
Photos: Best and worst of the MTV Movie Awards
"You and I have never dated," said Timberlake, 30.
"No, no. We are like brother and sister," added Kunis, 27.
"Totally platonic relationship, which is why I can do this," Timberlake said as he groped the actress' breasts.
"And it's why I can do this," Kunis said, reciprocating with a grope of the singer/actor's crotch.
Um, yes. That actually happened. On television. Fittingly, Timberlake made a remark about who, or what, actually gave the best male performance -- and it had nothing to do with the nominees.
Kunis had previously told Ellen DeGeneres that it was difficult getting undressed in front of her costar.
"It's very awkward. I mean, the truth is, we got to have very uncomfortable scenes for two weeks," she said in December. "There's like 150 crew men watching, and you see each other's bits and pieces. The whole thing is just wrong!"

Lauren Spierer: Indiana University Student Missing Friday Morning

An Indiana University student went missing early Friday morning, causing a frantic search for information about her whereabouts.

Lauren Spierer had recently finished her sophomore year at Indiana University and was taking a summer class in Bloomington at the local community college. She was last seen walking back to her apartment on Friday at 4:30 am, wearing black pants, a white shirt and no shoes. She had been spending time at a local bar named Kilroy Sports.

The Indiana Daily-Student has more:

Spierer's apartment is only a block and a half away from Kilroy's Sports, and the last place she was seen, the intersection of 11th Street and College Avenue, is another two and a half blocks away.

Her known locations are all within a three-block radius of her apartment. Video footage at the Smallwood apartment complex shows that she never made it home.

Spierer has a heart condition called Long QT syndrome that sometimes requires medication and can cause dangerous arrhythmias.

"She's a wonderful kid," Robert Spierer, Lauren's father told theindychannel.com. "We'll be searching again for Lauren. I'm just not sure exactly where. We'll work on that and figure out where to go."

Any tips about Lauren should be forwarded to the Bloomington Police Department, (812) 339-4477.

Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Party Down After MTV Movie Awards (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart After MTV Movie Awards
From the moment Robert Pattinson won the first award -- Best Male Performance -- at the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night, "The Twilight Saga" sunk its teeth into the show and didn't let go.

Nominated eight times, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" took home five awards, including Best Movie, Best Fight and Best Kiss. For that last award, the film was nominated twice -- Kristen Stewart got nods for kissing both Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner -- but its celebration was especially memorable, as the two guy stars pitted against each other swapped spit in celebration.

Pattinson to present an award, too, though that one didn't go so well. Speechifying alongside Chelsea Handler and Patrick Dempsey in a tribute to Generation Award winner Reese Witherspoon, Pattinson went off script to bungle a joke about having once played Witherspoon's son in a scene eventually cut from "Vanity Fair," and then her lover in the film, "Water for Elephants," which was released this year.

“I didn’t cut you out, but I did f*** you,” he said -- and without bleeping, as the censor missed the unexpected bomb.

Witherspoon later corrected him in her acceptance speech, saying, “By the way, Rob, the punch line to your joke was, I played your mother, then we had a sex scene, so really you’re the best mother f*cker in Hollywood.

On that topic, Movieline reached out to MTV for comment: “It was unexpected, and was a technical glitch in not catching it. It won’t be in West Coast feed or any repeats.”

Luckily, it lives forever on the internet; check that out below, as well as the clip that premiered Sunday night below it.

Shoe Attack on Congress General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi During Bid Show in Delhi on Monday

Congress general secretary Janardan Dwivedi at a press conference in New Delhi on Monday shows an element of desperation within the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), party spokesman Manish Tiwari said. Sunil Kumar, in his 30s, came v
ery close to Dwivedi at the dais, threateningly rasing his shoe. But Dwivedi pushed him away. Immediately, a security guard caught Kumar and journalists present at the conference pounced upon him. Kumar, who was whisked away by security men.

Sunil Kumar, whom security men whisked away, claimed he worked with the Navsanchar Patrika, a magazine based in Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan. The magazine, however, said that he was not associated with it but was a teacher in the town.

"The manner and tenor in which he (assailant) was asking question was very abrasive. Then he decided to get on to the dais and started brandishing his shoe. While he was doing that, journalists present in the meeting collared him and dragged him out. He was hysterical and we couldn't make out what he was saying," said Tewari, who was sitting beside Dwivedi at the time of the incident.

"It is pretty obvious given the facts that there is an element of desperation in the RSS and the BJP. I wouldn't really put it past that when the investigations take place, the person eventually emerges to be an RSS or BJP activist because these tactics are not alien to the way they do their politics," he added.

Calling the attack "orchestrated", Tewari said: "It's obvious that somebody decided to smuggle himself to the Congress briefing and strategically placed himself at the door because invariably no journalist positions himself there because you neither get a sight of the dais nor are you able to catch the eye of the person who is briefing. It was an orchestrated, pre-meditated attack."

Dwivedi was busy slamming yoga guru Ramdev and the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Congress headquarters here when the incident took place in the full view of TV cameras. It is the latest in a string of shoe-related assaults or bids to attack public figures in India.

After the incident, Sunil Kumar was taken to the Tughlak Road police station. The Congress leader later continued with his address to the media.
