Manuel Uribe, 43, holds the record for the world’s fattest man in the 2007 Guinness Book of Records.
717-pound Mexican called Manual Uribe got married to his long-term girlfriend.He arrived for the ceremony on a flat bed truck.
Mr Uribe is to marry a widow named Claudia, to whom he has been engaged for two years, on Oct 26 at his hometown Monterrey, northern Mexico.
The Mexican said he had from dropped to 570lb (41 stone) from 1,300lb (93 stone) since February.
